The Counterfeit Sixties were formed by four experienced musicians with their devotion of 60’s music, and the people that influenced it. Each member of the band has a wealth of experience playing in various bands individually, and working with some of the legends of the time.
As the band members lived through the sixties themselves, they have a great in-depth knowledge of what memories can be encapsulated in producing a 60’s show. These are reproduced using live action footage of many familiar sights and sounds associated with this period. From specially selected events, famous people, adverts, and of course the original bands of the time. The two hour show covers all the recollections of that era, and with over twenty five bands reproduced, the show is undoubtedly the most comprehensive 60’s show around today.
